Capital Readiness is a zero-equity, retainer-based incubator combining education, training, mentorship, company development, and preparation. Demo Day is offered only through the full Capital Readiness program, after preparation is complete. The company presents its business to invited members of the capital network whose investment interests match its industry. Hourly and defined-project engagements cover preparation services. Chesterton Hills does not fundraise for clients; Demo Day is for connections only, and its fee does not depend on capital raised, a sale, or any other transaction.

Chesterton Hills is not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, or placement agent. We do not offer, sell, or solicit investments or securities. Our role is purely advisory and connective; we are not involved in any deals or negotiations.
